2️⃣ Choose a Style – Pick from our five architectural themes.
3️⃣ Design Your Home – Work with an architect or select pre-approved plans.
4️⃣ Submit for Review – Our Design Committee ensures harmony with Bellegrass standards. See review fee and deposit requirements. Contact to request builder's forms.
5️⃣ Begin Construction – Build with our approved contractors. Any construction must be fully approved.
